• Optional health data (water, sleep, caffeine, supplements, etc.)

• Personal bests and training stats
• Trends and analytics based on your activity

Data we do NOT collect

• Location
• Contacts
• Messages
• Health data from your device (unless you explicitly allow it via Apple Health/Google Fit integrations)

• To send essential notifications (e.g., reminders, PB achievements)
• To communicate important app updates
