8. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. If you are entitled to a right of withdrawal under applicable EU law, that right applies as provided by law.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK legislation. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. For EU consumers, any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall apply to the extent required by law.

We encourage you to contact us first at hello@bravalog.com to resolve any dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
