2. Who We Are

BravaLog is operated by Paxfinity S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (CUI RO46789116, Registry of Commerce J2022004233350), with registered office at Aleea Martir Istvan Andrei 16-24, Timisoara, Timis, Romania.

3. The Service

BravaLog is currently a waitlist. You can sign up to be notified when the app launches. When the app is live, the Service lets you log workouts, track stats, and export your data.

4. Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

5. Waitlist Terms

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive emails from us about BravaLog, product updates, and launch news. You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or emailing us.

We don't guarantee a specific launch date. Waitlist position does not guarantee early access.

6. What You Promise

• You'll provide accurate information.
• You'll keep your login credentials private.
• You'll use the Service lawfully only.
• You won't try to hack, damage, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• You won't use the Service to collect others' data without permission.

7. Health Disclaimer

BravaLog is a logging tool. It's not medical advice. Always talk to a doctor or trainer before starting a new workout or diet.

8. Our Rights

BravaLog, its logo, and all content are owned by us or our licensors. You can't copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

9. What We're Not Liable For

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect, accidental, special, or punitive damages from your use of the Service. This doesn't exclude liability we can't legally exclude (like for death or fraud).

10. Your Rights as an EU Consumer

If you're in the EU, nothing in these terms overrides your legal consumer protections. You have the right to fair dealing, transparent pricing, and remedy for defects. These rights can't be waived.

11. Your Rights as a UK Consumer

If you're in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights.

12. Your Rights as a Canadian Resident

If you're in Canada, PIPEDA gives you the right to access, correct, and withdraw from marketing communications.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the EU. If you're an EU consumer, your country's consumer-protection laws also apply.

14. Disputes

If there's a problem, email us first at hello@bravalog.com. We'll try to fix it. If we can't, disputes will be handled by the courts of Romania. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. For major changes, we'll email you or post a notice on the site. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version.
